1. This PP,PE pelletizing line is used for making granules from washed or clean PP PE film or solid material.
2. According to different material and different customer demand, we provide customer with various options, such as different L/D ratios, multiple exhaust screw structures, single and double stage design, different pelletizing die. The capacity can be 100-1000kg/h.
3. The granules which we get from this pelletizing line can be used for for directly sale, pelletizing, injection molding, extrusion and film blowing.

The complete recycling line include belt conveyor , compactor, single screw extruder, hydraulic module screen device, water cooling tank, strand cutter machine, fan storage hopper, electric cabinet.

7. The granulation line is pelletized directly after cooling, and then sent to the storage silo by a blower, without the problem of broken filaments.
8. Above the pelletizing line barrel, there are drains and vacuum pumps, drainage exhaust, to ensure the quality of the particles.
