PET plastic washing machine working principle:
Firstly, use label remover machine to remove the labels, and then go though selecting table to select different color bottles( for example, green bottles, bule bottles or other PC, HDPE bottles etc. Then go to crusher to crush, when the material come out, then go to floating washer, to separate PP labels and cups from PET flakes. After separating, it will go to high degree temperature hot washer boil to hot washing, then go to cold floating washer again (to remove the detergent from hot washer, then get dewatering and package.
For the different capacity, high level bottle flakes, we can design the new recycling line as your requirement.
