Screw Loader PET Flakes Recycling Machine has two different washers.
PP PE HDPE is one line, and PET flakes recycling machine is the other line.
Because the PP PE material is floating over the water, but the PET material is sinking the water, so the washing part is different.
PET bottle recycling line is mainly applied to PET bottles’ crushing, washing and palletizing. PET bottle recycling machines including: belt conveyer, crusher, steam washer, scrubbing washing unit, rinsing and precipitation washing unit, centrifugal dewatering unit, hot air flow drying unit, and electric control cabinet. And the capability is arranged 500-3000KG/h.
