This PP PE film washing machine not only can do PP PE films/bags. It also can do HDPE bottle/containers/barrels/boxes, they are the same line.
Processing Chart of PP PE washing machine:
1. Feeding: waste materials feed from belt conveyor
2. Shredding: for material size reduction, Single shaft shredder& double shaft shredder should be all choosed as per different plant’s needs.
3. Crushing: Wet crushing system. It used for material size reduction and pre-washing.
4. Floating washer: for impurities precipitating separation and wash the material more clean.
5. Friction washing: high speed friction washing could achieve a good washing effects though the blades on the beating and spray.
6. Squeezing: After the film is squeezed, the moisture is very small and can be controlled at 2-3%.
7. Thermal drying: If no squeezing machine, it need this machine after dewatering machine.
8. Packaging: one ton/ bag to package. It has one or two outlet design.
