Description of plastic flakes hot wash tank
This pet flakes hot washing tank machine is used for washing dirty PET plastic bottles, as some of the bottles with oil and glue which are difficult to get rid of and wash out by cold water floating washing tank. The tank is equipped with the agitating shaft inside keep rotating the material for good washing effect. Chemical reagent such as caustic soda/detergent can be added into the hot washer to help remove glue, oil and other impurities.
Working Process
Screw loader loads the PET material from upside into hot washer tank. It will sink down as the density is higher than water , and it would be completely washed by the rotary agitating shaft during its sinking down. The material will stay in hot water for 20-30 minutes and then come out from the bottom through screw loader to next machine.
