Working principle of industrial plastic recycling machine for pet bottle:
Firstly, use label remover machine to remove the labels, and then go though selecting table to select different color bottles( for example, green bottles,bule bottles or other PC, HDPE bottles etc. Then go to crusher to crush, when the material went out, then go to floating washer, which separates PP labels and cups from PET flakes. After separating, it will go to high degree temperature hot washer boil to hot washing, then go to cold floating washer again (to remove the detergent from hot washer), then get dewatering and package.
