This dewatering machine/ Dehydrator (centrifugal dryer) can delete the water of PP PE film/flake, PET flake and make them dry. The high speed rotary(reach 1500 rpm)can delete 98% of water in film. This machine equipped with automatic self cleaning device, can automatic cleaning inner screen, realize non-stop running for a long time. This dewatering machine (centrifugal dryer) is made of stainless steel (304).
1. Application
ST series centrifugal dryer is widely used for plastic dewatering, especially for
plastic rigid sheet and granulates.
2. Feature and principle
Part in contact with materials of ST series centrifugal dryer is made of stainless
steel to keep conveyed materials from pollution. Full automatic design needs no
adjustment during operation.
Principle: Materials are conveyed into centrifugal dryer by spiral loader.
Separated spiral screw keeps flakes from going out immediately but rotating
spirally on a high-speed basis. Therefore centrifugal force can separate water
from materials. The materials will be discharged from sieve holes.
