Bottle machine recycle for pet crushing and washing line
We generally recycle plastic PET bottle as a pressed bale, wraped with steel wire. So the first step is to open them. If the PET baled mixed stone, sand and other dirties, we can use throming machine to remove stone and sand. After that, the PET bottle is transported into label remover machine to remove the labels and some part of caps. We have water type and without-water type label remover machine. After this, it will be sent into manual selecting table, to pick up the different material like some labels and caps. After these preparing, conveyed to crusher, friction washer, hot washer, cold washer, dewatering, dryer storage hopper. Step by step to make the flakes clean.
