Pipe shredders are generally used for shredding plastics that are difficult to break. The pipe can be shredded with a diameter of 1000mm. This machine is simple to operate and occupies a small area.

Features:

1. The single-axis pipe shredder is suitable for recycling large pieces of solid materials, and can shred large-diameter pipes such as 1000mm caliber gas pipes and thick-walled water supply pipes. The equipment rotates at low speed and has low noise.

2. The single-shaft shredder is composed of a movable knife plate and a fixed knife to complete the function of shredding materials. The cutter head is composed of a base shaft and several movable cutter blocks in the shape of a quadrilateral. The movable knife block has 4 cutting edges, which can be replaced. The movable knife blocks are arranged in V-shaped multiple rows along the base shaft, and are fixed on the base shaft with screws, and rotate together with the base shaft to form a movable cutter head. There are two sets of static knives, which are fixed on the frame. The material is driven by the horizontal hydraulic cylinder to the direction of the cutter head. The speed is stable and adjustable, and the propulsion force is large and uniform. It is suitable for recycling various large solid materials, irregular and difficult-to-handle materials, plastic containers and plastic barrels, tubes, films, fibers, paper, etc. The spindle speed is 45~100 rpm.
