1 Application

ST series screw loader is widely used in different industries as an auxiliary machinery. This kind of machine has ten series and is used to translate soft material, bottles and film.

2 Characteristic

Screw loader is made of stainless steel which is no pollution and low noise. This machine has special design and is space saving. What is more, it can be adjusted to different length and gradient.

3 Operation

1) Check the grounding bolt and rotating direction, and connect the wires correctly.

2) Feed the material after working 3-5 minutes normally.

3) This kind of machine can use alone. At the same time it can be connected in the whole line. It is full automatically and semi-automatically controlled in the line.

4 Notice

1) Check all axle bearing’s rotating condition and lubricate them every month( 2# lithium base grease). At the same time, lubricate the reductions every month.

2) Keep grounding well to avoid leaking of electricity. Don’t put your hand in feeding throat when machine is working.
