1. Application

ST  Series rolling  separator  is well  designed  and  well improved,  which  is

widely  used  as  plastic  auxiliary machineries.  There  are  ten  kinds,  which  are

mainly used  to separate soft  and rigid material,  bottle, film and  rubbish and  so

on.

2. Characteristic

ST rolling  separator  is made  of carbon  steel,  surface adopts  Zinc plated,

which will  not pollute  material, and  adopt nylon wheel,  which is  with low  noise

and wearable.  This  series separator  can be  designed with  different  length and

diameter  according  to  different  material  to  adjust  inclination angle.  There  is

magnet equipped on  the board to suct the  magnetic material. The speed  can be

changed  according to  different  material with  immovable  speed  and frequency

control.

3. Operation

1)  Please  check  anchor  bolt whether  has  been  fixed before  starting  to  avoid

Vibration of machine.

2)  Please  let the  machine run  for 3-5  minutes without  material and  check the

turning of major  axis, if the turning is  right, then you can put  the material.

3)  This series machine can be  used alone, also connected with whole production

line.

4. Attention

1) Industry  lubricant must  be  added into  reducer  regularly (one  month),  and

lubricant L-AN100 will  be added every week, oil level  see as picture

2)  Every  shift should  clean the  dust and  rubbish to  keep the  machine in  good

condition.

3)  The chain  will stretch after using  a long time, and  then it will skid  to hit with

the  cover, so  you  must adjust  it  see as  the  picture.  When the  machine  is

closed,  adjust  the  bolt under  the  motor;  first  loosen  the  chain  to  proper

extent.

4)  Please pay  attention to the  top wheel whether  it is against  the top of  toggle

Plate, it is necessary  to adjust the bolt to  make the top wheel to push  toggle

plate, see as the  picture.

5)  Keep the  machine connects with the earth  to avoid electric leakage.
