It is reported that this "plastic road" can recycle nearly 700000 waste plastic bottles or 1.8 million plastic bags. "Plastic road" is suitable for the local climate, more durable and heat-resistant, and can reduce the fuel consumption and road maintenance costs of vehicle driving.

With the increasing consumption of plastic products and the increasing waste plastics, the environment is seriously polluted. The recycling of waste plastics can effectively alleviate the global environmental and resource problems.

Process the plastic waste into a plastic product with different performance from the original product or mix the plastic waste with the newly synthesized plastic raw material and process it into a plastic product; 3. Convert the plastic waste into fuel or chemical raw material; 

4. Convert the plastic waste into energy.

Plastic bottle belongs to food grade PET, which can be used to make polyester fiber, or chemical fiber, PET fiber, polyester, non-woven fabric, etc.

How is recycling of plastic bottles realized? The first step is crushing. It is understood that plastic waste, which has not been cleaned and classified, is smashed by machine and put into the kiln for melting. Plastic waste can be directly used in gas engines. The by-product produced in the processing process is electricity, which can be used for residential lighting.
