Operation process of agricultural film recycling and cleaning line
The recycling of pp/pe film, woven bags, agricultural film, greenhouse film, and industrial film has long been a very big challenge in the industry. The recycling process is very complicated and it is difficult to achieve no residue. The research team of STPLAS Machinery has developed a mature overall solution for film flexible plastic recycling. The 300-2000kg/h PE film produced by SUZHOU STPLAS Machinery Co., Ltd., agricultural film crushing cleaning and recycling production lines, large crushers, single-axis tearing Shredders, double-shaft shredders, film squeezing machines and other products are favored by downstream customers at home and abroad.
The following introduces the production process of PE film and agricultural film crushing, cleaning and recycling production line and the necessary supporting equipment:
1. Conveyor belt: convey the material after sand removal to the crusher for crushing.
2. Crusher: crush the material into a shape with a length of about 50mm, which is convenient for subsequent processing (the size of the material can be customized according to customer requirements). Because the broken materials are mixed with oil stains and silt, so the following three processes need to add degreaser such as alkali.
3. Friction cleaning machine: The materials are scattered and cleaned in the friction cleaning machine. Some impurities and sewage are discharged from the bottom, and the materials are transported to the next process. The internal blades of the machine are equipped with rubbing pieces, which have a stronger washing effect and higher efficiency than traditional scrubbing machines;
4. Rinse water tank: Use the water weight ratio to rinse and separate the sand and soil impurities of the material. The impurities will sink to the cone bottom of the water tank and flow out from the outlet along with the water flow when the water is changed.
5. Friction cleaning machine: used for friction cleaning and conveying materials.
6. Rinse water tank: For the first time, the comprehensive degreaser rinsing and removing impurities such as oily impurities and alkali-containing materials in the material.

8. High-speed dewatering machine: After three times of adding Soda and other comprehensive degreasing agent cleaning and several times of comprehensive friction cleaning and rinsing, the materials have been finished products, and they can be bagged or blown to the storage room for loading. Bag
