1. Installation and working theory

(1)After the machine perching, professional stuffs fulfill the electric   installation according to the electric principle drawing. For example, the equipped cable shouldn’t be less than 3×25+1×10, equipped single copper wire shouldn’t be less than 16m/m2.

(2)Please check if the outer screws are loosen and lost.

(3)Please check if there is any dirty in the crusher box.

(4)Please check if the diameter of screen whole is right (the diameter of screen whole is between 10mm and 120mm)

Before the machine leave factory ,we’ve set the clearance between rotating blade and set blade 0.1mm, tighten moment 300N.M. re-tighten the screw using 300N.M after resetting the clearance when crushing the other materials except PET When test running  the machine ,rotate the button according to the arrowhead. If it runs at the wrong direction, please adjust the phase.

In the crusher, the principal axis is drive by the motor, and the rotating principal axis drives the knives to rotate. And the fixed knives are fixed in the crusher. By the rotating knives and fixed knives act as go between, the plastic materials can be cutted into small pieces. And the size of the plastic flakes can be adjust by changing the diameter of screen whole.

2. Maintenance

1) Please check if the water circulation system open when boot-strap.

2) The material should be put in order into the conveyer and screw, the large blocks should be hit into small pieces and then put into crusher.

3) Before feeding, please separate the metal stone and other dirty out to protect the knives.

4) If there is abnormally noisy when crusher working, please shut down it and check the knives. If the knives are broken, please change them.

5) Please add lube to the axes per 150 hours working.

3. Sharper and knives handles operation  

1) If there is abnormal noisy when boot-strap or the knives moved, and please check the oil seal. If the spring ring is abrasion, please change.

2) When fix the knives, please fix the fixed knives first. The distance from the edge of knives to the crusher wall is 85-88mm. Make sure knife sheets fixed first and then fix the pressure valve steady mat, spring mat and bolt.

3) When fix the rotating knives, first to fix mats, which the turn is both side is first and then the middle one. Make sure every screw are tied, or the fixed knives maybe damaged.

4) When fix the fixed knives and rotating knives, to adjust the room between two knife sheets is the first. When adjusting, first to make the knife toward down and then rotate the knife back to make the fixed knife and rotating knife in accordance.

5) Check if the tweak power of every screw is about 300N.M. When fixed, turn on the motor and run the principal axis, and to check if it runs smooth, if not, please shut the crusher down. Then make sure the screw is twist tied and restart the crusher, and check the principal axis working, if still not work well, go on repeating the same process of checking until the crusher can work.
