First, the principle of use

Second, the characteristics
The design speed of the machine is constant, no conversion speed is required, and the operation is simple. It only needs to feed the equipment. There are many blades on the shaft, and there are many functional bumps on the blade to remove the label. The bump rubs the label on the bottle during the rotation and rushes out of the bottle as the washed water leaves the bottle, while cleaning the bottle. The rate of de-scaling depends on the initial shape of the bottle, which is about 85-90% for compressed bottles and about 95-98% for uncompressed bottles.

Third, the method of use
1. Installation instructions: The installation should be on the concrete surface of 100-120mm thick on the ground.
2. Check if the motor running direction is correct before starting the machine. After starting up, idling for 3-5 minutes, the cold water is flushed through the pump into the internal stripping machine.
3. This machine can be used alone or in series to the production line, which can be fully automatic and manually controlled in the production line;
4. When using the machine, make sure that all the water valves are open, keep the water supply continuous, and cannot stop.
5. Before stopping work, stop feeding for 3-5 minutes before stopping the machine.

Fourth, matters needing attention
1. Regularly (monthly) add No. 2 lithium base grease to each bearing to check whether the bearings are running normally.
2, because the machine is running at high speed, it is not advisable to feed large pieces of material to avoid damage to the machine. When working, there is a relatively loud sound because of friction.
3. After the machine is used for a period of time, the belt will stretch, which will cause the belt to collide with the outer cover. It is necessary to adjust the motor plate bolts to re-adjust the belt to the best condition.
4. After using for a period of time, if the de-labeling effect is not satisfactory, it is necessary to increase the height of the bump by surfacing (carbon dioxide gas shielded welding, wire type E-506).
