Inspection items for plastic granulator machine

Inspection items for plastic granulator manufacturers:

1. Check that there is no foreign matter in the plastic granulator when it is running, and observe whether the direction of rotation matches the direction index.

2. Turn on the machine and press the green switch system, wait for about one minute, and wait for the motor to run smoothly before feeding. Operators should pay special attention to not putting metal and other hard objects into the machine.

3. Press the red switch system to stop the machine, and stop feeding five minutes in advance, and stop the machine when the rubber material is completely broken in standby.

4. When the plastic granulator of the granulator manufacturer is in operation, do not open the upper cover or reach into the machine to ensure safety.

5. When the plastic granulator manufacturer encounters an emergency during production, you can press the red emergency stop switch system, and the switch system needs to be reset before switching on again.
