I.Installation and working principle

There are different kinds of high speed friction washer due to the difference of diameter, length and rotating speed of the screw, which is common equipment in the plastic recycling machinery business. This equipment can make a new step to wash the material and separate the dirty out. The dirty is separated out by the high rotating speed of the screw.

III. Structure brief introduction

The machine is made up of box, material inlet, high speed screwing principal axis and material outlet. On the top of the material box is a spray system, which is used to separate the impurity with the high speed screwing pricipal axis overpass the drain outlet, then the separating waste will be transported to the outlet and turn into next unit.

IV:  Mount and debugging

 1. Put the whole machine on horizontal floor without inline, firm fixation without move.

 2. Don’t miss any parts in the mounting process; the oil seal can’t be missed when seal the 2 ends of the machine.

 3. Keep the two sides’ super seal without leak for the box of the high speed friction washer.

 4. The bottom dirty draining outlet can’t be stifled.

 5. Instruction for safe operation

(1)Check before open

lCheck if there is impurity inside of the machine before opening the high speed friction washer.

lLocking the screw firmly by hands and check it.

lChecking all the transporting parts to ensure they are good 3-mins before working.

lCheck the eddy direction of the principal axis correctly or not.

lChecking the mount and configure of all the bearings.

(2) Please turn off the equipments and the power betimes when appearing the deviant situation before open or boot-strap, checking the machine by professional workers.

(3)It’s feeding automatically; please adjust the feeding speed betimes according to your demand.

(4) Adopting discharge automatically, please don’t touch the inner during the working process.

V. Maintenance

1. Stop the engine after closing the power, and then turn off the electricity.

2. Flange connected with the high speed screwing principal axis and the inner oil seal should be exchanged terminally.

3. The orientation of inner bearing must be correct without move, and it should be add the lube terminally.

4. Check the high speed screwing principal axis every 6 months to ensure safe operation.
