High speed friction machine

1 Application

ST series high friction machine is widely used in waster plastic recycling machine, the plastic including plastic bottle/sheet and film. The water gage is 1.5kg and water consumption is 500kg.

2 Characteristic

Part of ST series steam washer is made of stainless steel 304 which is no rusty and no pollution. It doesn’t need adjust because of semi-automatic control.

principle of operation: After flakes enter into high speed friction, the impurities on the flakes are removed by centrifugal force and friction between shaft and flakes when principal axis rotating. This machine equips with inlet port, 4 MPA water force, which could flush dirties into the outlet port.

3 Operation

1. Check the direction of the motor, cooling pipe of bearing base and screen. Feed the material after 3-5 minutes running.

2. This kind of machine can use alone. At the same time it can be connected in the whole line. It is full automatically and semi-automatically controlled in the line.

3. This machine adopts intermittent water supply. When machine is starting, open the inlet port and flush screen mesh half an hour. Then close the inlet port and after 2 hours open it again.

4. Shut down the switch, open the cover, disassemble the blow head and poke the blocked mesh when the wash mesh is running dry.
