The main shaft is forged with 45# steel, and the surface is plated with nickel-chromium alloy, which has high wear resistance and toughness.

The spindle and the whole have been processed for high-speed dynamic balancing;

The blades can be disassembled and replaced separately after wear to reduce maintenance costs

Automatic drainage at the bottom

For the self-cleaning ability of the screen, our company has made a special design:

The screen is cleaned with a PP brush. The brush is fixed on a stainless steel bracket. Workers can judge the cleaning time and frequency through the visible window. The power of the brush comes from an external cylinder.

Many other manufacturers use water spraying to clean the screen. The effect is not good and the sprayed water will have a counter effect, causing more water to enter the centrifugal dehydration and impurities entering the inside of the screen.
