Floating washer for PET bottle recycling machine

1 Application

STfloating washer is widely used in plastic recycling line to wash and separate plastic bottle, slice and film according to different density material(inlet port inner diameter:25mm; water pressure:1.5kg; water consumption:500kg).

2 Characteristic

ST series floating washer is made of stainless steel, which has no rusty and no pollution. This machine adopts automatic control system and doesn’t need to adjust. At the same time, it can be designed to different length.

3 Operation

1. Check the direction of the motor and idle 3-5 minutes.

2. Turn on the water and check if there is water leakage. Feed the material when the water running out from outer port. Adjust the water speed by valve switch.

3. PP, PE and other materials which density less than water density will flow out with water. On the other side, PET and other materials, more than water density sinking to the bottom, which will convey to next step by screw propeller.

4. This kind of machine can use alone. At the same time it can be connected in the whole line.

5. It has different function in the different place.

   * It can get rid of impurities and powder on the plastic bottle, and it can separate PP from PE.

   * Wash the small part of detergent and reduce PH value.

4 Notice

1. Check all axle bearing’s rotating condition and lubricate them every one month( 2# lithium base grease). Add industrial gear oil in the gear box and lubricate the chain L-AN100.

2. The chain will be loosen after one period of time. Adjust it when loosen.

3. Machine must be adequately grounded to prevent leakage of electricity
