Belt conveyer operating instruction

1、installation and working theory

This part is an assistant equipment of the automatic washing line, which is used to feed the material into crusher.

The height of belt conveyer can be adjusted to satisfy with different height need.

2、main parameters 

(1). motor power：1.5-3KW

(2). conveying speed：1-10m/min

(3). efficient length (L*W*H)：(3000-4200)*(420-700)*2400(can be adjusted probably)mm

3、structure brief instruction

1. Special structure

   (1) It is frequency control, operating simple and used safely

   (2) This equipment can be adjusted and is easy to move.

2. structure components

It consists of three systems: frame work system, power system and adjusting system

(1) The frame work system consists of bracket and belt, which is used to stable the conveyer.

(2) The power system is drive by motor with power from 1.5KW to 3KW. The motor drive two chain trollies running and trollies drive two axes rotating and rotating axes drive belt running and then the material is feeded by the belt.

(3) The height of the conveyer can be adjusted by rotating the turn table.

4、maintenance

1. First stop the motor and then shut the power.

2. The equipment should be place dry and ventilated situation, and make sure there is lube on the right parts

3. The screws in the equipment should be twisted solidly and can not be loosen.

4. It should be check out a time per 6 months to make sure the machines working safely.
