The entire production line of PE film shredding washing line can easily grind, wash, dry waste plastic products from the start of operations to the finished product. Dirty agricultural films, waste packaging materials or hard plastics are processed step by step here. The main processed materials are PE/PP plastics, PE/PP plastic waste hybrids, waste PP woven bags, plastic bags, household waste plastics, and waste agricultural film.

This complete Agricultural film shredding washing squeezing line include below items:
1. Belt conveyor
2. Single Shaft shredder : To grind the waste plastic films/bags to small pieces about 50-60mm.
3. “L”type belt conveyor : Easy to Conveyor to next machine.
4. Low speed friction washer
5. Floating washer machine : wash the waste films, to remove the sand, land, and other dirty things.
6. Friction washer
7. Dewatering Machine : first stage to make films dry.
8. Screw feeder : conveyor the film scraps to next step.
9. Squeezing machine : To make film scrap to granules. But this granules not like the granules after pelletizing line, it is Rough, irregular.
10. Silo : final Packing.
For the film recycling line, the max capacity is 1000kg/h.

Advantage:
