This production line is mainly used for the recycling and recycling of PET plastic bottles such as mineral water bottles, beverage bottles and Coke bottles that are discarded in daily life. The recycling and cleaning production line can be divided into the following parts:

1) unpacking, impurity removal and de-labeling before crushing;

2) crushing of the bottle;

3) cold washing, hot washing and friction washing after crushing;

4) washing Dewatering, blotting and packing. The cleaned bottle can be used for downstream drawing, injection molding, blistering and etc.
